What is recruitment?

  • Recruitment is the process of actively seeking out, and finding new members to join our organization, twice a year during Fall and Spring semesters. They typically consist of 1-2 weeks of events lasting 1-2 hours each for students to get to know our chapter as well as, us getting to know you. • We will not be making attendance to all of our recruitment events mandatory, but to be considered for a bid, 3 out of the 5 are required.

What if I don’t get a bid for Recruitment?

  • If you don’t receive a bid after recruitment is over, you are more than welcome and encouraged to come out to the next recruitment! Although not guaranteed, the chapter recognizes and appreciates prospects who put them selves out there to participate in recruitment again and has a higher chance of receiving a bid.
